Steve and his wife Mary have been long-time residents of the Shenandoah Valley and are very active supporting

civic and community efforts.  They have two grown sons, Chris and Robert.

 

Focusing his practice on commercial law, banking, real estate development, estates and trusts, Steve brings over thirty years of experience to every matter.  Steve’s practice covers a wide range of transactions, from structuring business transactions and the development of real estate to the drafting of wills and estate plans.

 

Steve’s professional highlights include being listed as one Virginia’s “Legal Elite” by Virginia Business Magazine from 2003-2013.  He has also been awarded the Humanitarian Award by the Harrisonburg Lions Club.  His philosophy is that every client deserves our very best effort and the full dedication and power of the entire firm, Litten & Sipe, is behind every case they take.  Litten & Sipe, LLP has been a leader in the legal profession for over 137 years.
